By accessing or using the Noxorea Digital Cafe SaaS digital cafe platform, mobile loyalty web app, or related subdomains, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Digital Loyalty Program Rules

• Stamp Issuance: Digital stamps are awarded by authorized cafe staff upon eligible coffee or beverage purchases.
• Card Completion: Achieving the required stamp threshold unlocks a digital reward voucher for a free beverage.
• Voucher Redemption: Reward vouchers must be presented to cafe staff prior to expiration and cannot be exchanged for cash currency.
• Non-Transferable: Digital stamp cards and customer accounts are strictly non-transferable between users.

3. User Conduct & Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials (phone number and password). You agree not to attempt to manipulate stamp balances, create fake accounts, or exploit system bugs. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account found engaging in fraudulent behavior.

4. Cafe Subdomains & Subscription Terms

Cafe owners subscribing to the SaaS platform receive a custom subdomain. Subscriptions must be maintained active for continuous service access. Deactivated or expired cafe accounts may restrict staff login access until renewed.
